New guests are asked to secure their appointments using a credit card. Please note, your card will only be charged in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment. While we understand that appointments occasionally need to be modified to fit your schedule, we request that you give us a minimum of 24 hours so we can better serve our other guests.

Please note, a credit card may be needed to secure appointments of three or more and on spa and bridal packages.

We ask that our spa guests arrive 15 minutes early to fill out consultation forms and receive a complimentary foot soak.

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and will be store credit only. There are no refunds on gift card purchases. All make-up and tools are final sale. All gift card sales are final.

We take pride in our services, for any reason if you are unhappy please call us within 5 days so we can correct anything needed.
