During this program, you’ll take classes, assist educators, work on the floor and be mentored by our senior team members.

We value ongoing education for all of our team members so that everyone stays up to date with current trends. We offer a $500 yearly education credit for stylists to use to attend additional classes for new trends, and we regularly bring in Aveda educators for our team to advance their color and cutting skills. Additionally, our team members have the opportunity to attend top industry events and hair shows.
