Georgetown - Breeze Salon + Spa

As part of the Aveda network, you’ll join a global community of passionate beauty professionals. Aveda’s commitment to sustainability, philanthropy, and environmental responsibility aligns with our own values. By working at Breeze, you’ll both contribute to a larger mission of making a positive impact while expanding your opportunities.

We consider everyone here part of the Breeze family! We celebrate life’s milestones together, from baby showers and wedding showers to birthdays and anniversaries. It’s a Salon of Celebration! We recognize outstanding achievements at the end of each year. We also give our annual “Quarterback Awards,” where leadership picks a deserving team member for a special lunch with the owner where we celebrate all of your hard work! It’s all about having fun and feeling valued.

We’re passionate about nurturing new talent! Our 3-6 month stylist apprenticeship provides a solid foundation. You’ll learn from experienced artists through hands-on training and mentorship, attending weekly classes tailored to your needs.

We track your progress with clear benchmarks and regular evaluations. Our “Rising Star” system rewards hard work and dedication, offering exciting advancement opportunities. Not to mention we offer $500 in continuing education dollars each year.

At Breeze, beauty extends beyond the salon. We dedicate ourselves to giving back to our community. We contribute to exciting fashion shows for charity events, raise awareness for causes like breast cancer and Earth Month, and support local animal shelters. It’s more than just work; it’s about making a positive impact together.
